9/22/2014 2:39:17 PM A pest control operator called to report the death of a dog. He stated that his clients dog broke into the protective station that the Contrac product was placed in an unknown amount of time ago. The dog passed away an unknown amount of time after the ingestion. The caller is not aware of any symptoms the dog may have exhibited, nor was he provided with a detailed history of the ingestion or treatments that may have been performed.
