01/06/14 @ 13:56 Caller was using the product and inhaled a lot of the product. Caller wasn't wearing a mask. Symptoms started right away for caller. Advised caller to ventilate the home. Advised caller to complete a 30 minute steam inhalation. Advised caller to rotate with fresh air treatment of 30 minutes also. Advised caller to blow her nose and sip on 8oz of fluids. Offered to call back to PC with any additional concerns or to seek medical attention if SX worsen or persist. 01/06/14 @ 15:39 caller states that she is a smoker and has a smokers cough. Caller fell asleep and didn't go outside for air. Caller completed a small steam inhalation and it provided caller some relief. Caller thinks she is getting a common cold also.
