On 01-Jul-2014, a 2 year old, 5 pound, neutered, female, Yorkshire Terrier/Toy Poodle crossbred canine, in unknown condition, with no known concomitant medical conditions, was administered 1 tube of K9 Advantix II Small Dog (Imidacloprid-Permethrin-Pyriproxyfen) topically by the owner. On 10-Jul-2014, the dog became pruritic and had a few fleas on her. On 17-Jul-2014, the dog was bathed with unspecified shampoo by the groomer. On 24-Jul-2014, the dog had skin irritation. The pruritus had not resolved.
