Au total, le rucher comptait 36 colonies. Il y avait 1 colonie touchee et 0 colonie morte. On a observé 0 - 500 abeilles mortes a l'extérieur de la ruche. Les abeilles butinaient activement lorsque l'incident est survenu. Il y avait du pollen sur les pattes des abeilles mortes.Dans le cas des abeilles adultes, les symptômes comprenaient aggressivité, agitation/tremblements/contractions, et abeilles rampantes. Dans le cas du couvain, les symptômes observés comprenaient larves ou pupes mortes à l¿extérieur de la colonie. Aucun symptome de reine observé.L'échantillon d'abeilles mortes prélevé dans des ruches affectees a permis de détecter la présence de clothianidin, pendimethalin, thiabendazole et thiamethoxam. L'échantillon de d'abeilles vivant prélevé dans des ruches non-affectees permis de détecter la présence de pendimethalin. Au moment de l'incident, les conditions météorologiques étaient couvert, pluvieux (pluie lors du 23 et 24 mai), venteux (24km/h en provenance du nord), 9,1C, 91% humidité. Avant l'incident, il y avait en moyenne 12-13 cadres d'abeilles, 8 cadres de couvain et 4-5 cadres de pollen et de miel. Les organismes nuisibles suivants étaient présents dans le rucher touché l'an dernier; varroa. Après l'incident, il y avait en moyenne 5 cadres d'abeilles, 0 cadres de couvain et 5 cadres de pollen et de miel. Après l'incident, les maladies ou les infestions d'organismes nuisibles indiqués précédemment ne sont pas aggravées. Des sources supplémentaires d'aliments ont été fournies aux abeilles, y compris sirop de sucre, supplement de pollen. En 2012, on a effectué les traitements suivants aux ruches : fluvalinate-tau.
