Pet owner applied product to dog on April 4 2014. The pet had used K9 advantix in 2013 and the owner reported mild irritation. The pet owner did not use vitamin E with application, even though it was recommended. Pet owner called clinic on April 9 to advise the pet had an application site hotspot (dermatitis) at each of the 4 application sites. No treatment was given and the pet was not seen by a vet.
