10/31/2013 Product was applied in caller's home by a pest control officer on 8/24/2013. Caller is concerned about the salt water fish tank in the home. The filtration system was not suspended during the application and the tank was not covered The fish seem normal but coral in the tank has died. Caller noted problems starting about 1 week after product was applied and also noted algae growth in the tank. Water was sent for testing and no abnormalities were found. 11/1/2013 Callback attempted to the original caller. A message was left requesting follow up information. 11/4/2013 Callback attempted to the original caller. A message was left requesting follow up information. Caller returned the previous message. Caller reports only that the coral died.
