The APSS technician recommended that the owner bathe the cat with liquid dish washing detergent (LDWD), dry the cat thoroughly, and keep the cat warm; if the owner was unable to bathe the cat, the APSS technician recommended that the owner take the cat to the veterinarian for a bath. The APSS technician also recommended that the owner have the veterinarian call for information if applicable and call back with questions. The owner wanted to know how to reach the product's manufacturer, and the APSS technician provided the phone number for the company.
