On September 3, 2013 the owner noticed that the cat was drooling. The owner immediately contacted the company to obtain help. The company's call center staff stated that if the product was ingested via grooming, a taste reaction characterized by hypersalivation could occur. The call center staff recommended that the owner give the cat a taste treat to remove the bad taste. The owner gave the cat some milk during the consultation, and the cat stopped drooling shortly thereafter.
