9/3/2013 Caller applied product outdoors to ant beds 2 weeks ago. One of caller's dogs vomited once and died overnight within 24 hours of application. Caller's second dog was found dead under the porch with no clinical signs 3 days later. Caller applied the product again around 5 days ago. Caller found the cat dead when she returned after being out of town for a few days. At no point was an exposure to this product witnessed. None of these animals were evaluated by a veterinarian, nor was a necropsy performed.
