7/18/2013 Caller had product spray into both eyes a few minutes ago. Caller flushed for a few seconds prior to calling, and eyes are irritated. 7/26/2013 Callback to the original caller for follow up information. Caller rinsed eyes and was asymptomatic within 30 minutes.
