1/30/2013 Caller has been applying the product in his room every 2 weeks for the past 3 to 4 months. Caller sprays product on a rag and wipes the rag around the edges of his room while wearing gloves. Caller states that the smell is too strong when he sprays as directed on the label. Today prior to the call, he experienced 3 to 4 minutes of dizziness and weakness during which time he could not stand. His symptoms resolved on their own, and he is currently asymptomatic. 2/6/2013 Attempted callback to the original caller for follow up information. The phone number is no longer in service.
