Caller applied product 1 week ago and again on September 3, 2103 to carpet, vacuumed as directed. Caller says cat was hiding under her couch when she treated the carpets. The cat did not come out from under couch all night and caller thought it was just hiding. On September 4th, 2013 caller found cat dead underneath couch. Caller has not treated under the couch.
