On 01Aug2013 the dog was found deceased. The dog did not have any clinical signs leading to this event. A necropsy was performed by the veterinarian and the results are unknown.

Death of the dog is not expected after product application, as inconsistent with pharmaco-toxicological product profile. Product has wide margin of safety. Oral LD50 in rat 642 mg / kg BW. 20-fold overdosage tolerated by dogs without showing any side effect. No signs of allergy or anaphylaxis reported. Time to onset within close time of product application. Other underlying causes according to case description not reported but appear more probable. Necropsy is performed whereas results not available. Thus, a product relation is considered unassessable.
