An unspecified amount of this product was placed around the home on 7/2/13. On the afternoon of 7/3/13, one of the dogs in the home developed lethargy, heavy panting, and tremors. Within 4 hours of the onset of clinical signs, the dog died at home. Medical care was not sought. The pet owner was unsure if dog ingested the product.
