1-34305161 - The reporter, a home owner, indicated that his neighbor was exposed to an herbicide containing the active ingredients 2,4-D, Mecoprop-p and Dicamba. The reporter states that he applied the product to his lawn one day prior to initial contact with the registrant and his neighbor was complaining of respiratory irritation from the product fumes. On follow-up call, to the patient, two days later, the patient indicated that his symptoms had resolved on the day of the follow-up call. The patient also stated that he went to his doctor but his doctor did not provide any treatment. The patient also took his children to the doctor because of the exposure but they never had any symptoms and no treatment was provided. No further information is available.
