1-35082792 - The reporter, a pet owner indicated that her dog was exposed to an herbicide containing the active ingredients 2,4-D, Mecoprop-p and Dicamba. The reporter stated that the product was applied around the perimeter of her yard 10 days prior to initial contact with the registrant and at the time of the call her 60 pound beagle was ingesting grass from the application area and drooling excessively. The reporter was advised that exposure to the dried residue is unlikely to cause any adverse health effects. The reporter was further advised that there are numerous possible causes for drooling and veterinary care to determine an underlying cause and appropriate treatment was recommended for any severe or persistent symptoms. The reporter could not be reached for follow-up. No further information is available.
