1-34747574 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicated that his cat was exposed to an insecticidal spray containing the active ingredients tetrachlorvinphos and methoprene. The reporter indicated that his wife applied the product to their 1 year old, female domestic shorthaired cat three hours prior to initial contact with the registrant. Right after the product was applied the cat licked her fur and then started to drool. Approximately 2 hours later the reporters wife found the cat dead in the yard with yellow slime in its mouth.
