(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms

1-34477645 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicated that her dog was exposed to an herbicide containing the active ingredients 2,4-D, Mecoprop-p and Dicamba. The reporter states that her 47 pound dog entered an area where this product had been applied outside a friends home four days prior to initial contact with the registrant. The reporter did not know if the product was dry when the dog entered the application site. A couple of days later the dog vomited a couple of times and it defecated in the house. These symptoms resolved and the dog seemed okay but then, on the day of initial contact, the dog was lethargic, was not eating and it was twitchy. The reporter was advised that if the wet product is ingested it may cause transient gastrointestinal irritation but twitching four days after entering the application site is not expected. Veterinary care was recommended to help determine a cause and appropriate treatment for the dogs symptoms. No further information is available.
