4/24/2013 Caller is a pest control officer for Orkin reporting that product was sprayed around the exterior perimeter of a home on 4/10/13. The homeowner contacted the company on 4/11/13 unhappy about the treatment, and stating that there were several dead earthworms seen around the lawn and that her dog had been ingesting them. The homeowner contacted the company again on 4/22/13 stating that her dog had died and that she believes the dog was poisoned after eating the dead earthworms. The owner did not provide any information about her dog, the nature of the illness or whether it received veterinary care.
