4/11/2013 Caller is a pest control applicator reporting that 6 ounces of the product at 0.02 percent was applied to a basement on 4/5/13. A cat in the home that lived in the basement was found vomiting on 4/6/13 or 4/7/13, and found dead on 4/10/13. The pest control applicator was unable to provide any other information regarding this incident. It is not known if the cat ever received veterinary care.
