(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms
1-33699524 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicated that his two dogs were exposed to a spot-on insecticide containing the active ingredient permethrin and methoprene. The reporter states that he applied the product to his 5 year old Springer Spaniel (Subform III #1) and to a second Springer Spaniel (Subform III #2) four days prior to initial contact with the registrant. The reporter had applied the same product last year to his two dogs without incident but after application this time his 5 year old springer seemed nervous and was sitting down more which the pet owner thought was an indication that the dog was uncomfortable and the other springer appeared to be suffering form a deviated tail. On the morning of initial contact the reporter had brought his dogs to his veterinarian. The veterinarian indicated that the dogs may be suffering from dermal irritation and she bathed both dogs and applied vitamin E oil. No further information is available.
