Owner applied product Apr 26 2103 and dog seem agitated right away. Owner applied vitamin E but found dog was still itchy. Dog created sore on left shoulder from scratching. Some loss of appetite was also noted. Pet was examined Apr 30 2013 and the application sites looked normal. A small sore was present where the pet had scratched. Fuciderm was prescribed to apply topically and vanectyl P for oral use. May 3 the dog was re-examined and still itchy, but improved. Cephalexin was added for 5 days.
