Owner was using advantage 100 in an off-label manner. She had been advised to use 1 tube of advantage 100 and split the dose by drawing up a measured amount in a syringe and applying it to her cat. While applying it, the owner poked her finger with the needle. This happened on Jan 5 and the owner noticed her finger began to swell after it was poked. The owner reported that as of Jan 8, her finger was still swollen. The owner was advised to see her doctor.
