10/1/2012 Caller is a pest control officer who applied properly diluted product in an apartment on 9/27/2012. Caller applied product to cracks and crevices in the kitchen area, and a prairie dog was kept in a bathroom that was not treated. It is unknown if the prairie dog had any access to the treated area or when access may have occurred. The tenant reports that the prairie dog died on 9/28/2012.
