On May 27/2012, within 30 minutes of application of product, cat fell down, his legs were twitching, had seizure, then passed away. Cat not seen by veterinarian. Unknown if necropsy performed. Exact cause of death unknown. Technical assessment dated June 20/2012 on complained batch revealed no deviations to manufacturing specifications.

Unexplained death inconsistent with pharmaco-toxicological product profile. No signs of allergic reaction, product has wide safety margin. Product was used on cat previously with no adverse affects. Batch review did not reveal deviation. Based on available information, product connection is unlikely.
