An undetermined time after application the same day, the dog seemed agitated. Owner bathed dog and within 24 hours the symptoms subsided. In approx. July 2009, the dog passed away from an unspecified illness. No other information provided by reporting party. Initially owner called inquiring about another product and not to report death.
