(eg. description of the frequency and severity of the symptoms
Caller placed a bait out 1 week ago, however, she admits there has been no evidence that the baits have been moved or tampered with by her cats. One of caller's cats was placed on a medication for sore gums on May 9 prior to the bait stations being used, and started vomiting after medication was started. The vomiting has persisted. Another of caller's cats started vomiting yesterday. Both cats have blood in the emesis. Follow up on May 29 was made to the original caller for follow up information. Caller reports that the symptoms were not due to the product. Caller changed the food they were feeding the cats, and cats have since recovered. Cats needed no additional treatment and did not need an evaluation by a DVM.

The information contained in this report is based on self-reported statements provided to the registrant during telephone Interview(s). These self-reported descriptions of an incident have not been independently verified to be factually correct or complete descriptions of the incident. For that reason, information contained in this report does not and can not form the basis for a determination of whether the reported clinical effects are causally related to exposure to the product identified in the telephone interviews. History of exposure is highly speculative. There is no evidence that the bait stations had been tampered with. One of the symptomatic cats had symptoms prior to use of the bait stations. A veterinary evaluation later determined that the cats were having a reaction to their food. Once the food was changed, the cats symptoms resolved.
