On Aug 23/2012, the cat began tremoring. Cat was not examined by a veterinarian. On Aug 24/2012 the cat died. Off label use of product.

Reported signs and chronology are consistent with permethrin toxicity following direct product use on cat. However, death not typically expected. Treatment for permethrin toxicosis is highly successful and death is not an expected outcome. The patient was treated due to financial constraints of owner. Product connection is probable.
