Caller stated that some product had spilled in the store and that she had applied some cat litter to clean it up, she was calling for cleaning info. During the call she also said that an employee had an exposure. The employee was not present, no demographic info available. The manager on the line stated that there was a "rash" however more detail was not available. Recommendation: Reviewed with caller that exact clean up instruction is to be obtained from company, via customer service and leave a message if prompted. Reviewed MSDS info and safety with caller. Do not mix with cleaners, particularly acids or bases (per MSDS). Prevent further exposures. For exposure: Wash skin with soap and water. If sx persist or worsen see MD. Let caller know that employee could call back if any questions.
