caller spread green earth homecare bed bug and crawling insect killer dust around the base board then he put up his air mattress.He sprayed this with go green indoor out door insect spray.He applied both products 5 days ago GH, takes fish oil. right now he is wanting to end the conversation, he wants to know if the product is causing him to be sick. Right now he is leaving the home to go to a doctor appointment, he declined folow up call or to provide further information. Case number given if his physician requires consult O at work have been felling light headed, this happens out of his room usually when he is at work he does have a stuffy feeling in his nose he stated it is unclear when the symptoms started for him R reviewed unlikely cause of symptoms for dizziness when away from home review with physician during appointment case number given if physician would like consult caller declined follow up.
