Bird were treated with product and died in the following 4 days. No symptoms observed. The returned sample was weighted to estimate usage of the pesticide, it did match an expected usage of the aerosol, vendor concluded that the product was likely used according to instructions.

Contacted vendor, there was an unusual odour to the spray. Analysis of the returned product was not able to identified the source of odour. The retained sample and other product of the same lot did not had this unusual odour to them.
