Signalment 3.0 mo immature male weighing unknown amount. Normal environment: barn. Agent Exposure Roundup Weed And Grass Killer Ready To Use Plus Pump N Go Sprayer (observed agent id) Evidence exposure occurred on Aug 01, 2012 at 04:00 PM CDT4 hr (not specific ). Exposure involved 0.0 Not App (not specific) by unknown route. The exposure was accidental, and occurred at animal owner yard. [Note : Owner's husband sprayed Roundup per label on Wednesday 8/1. Spooky may have ran through the area the next evening and began vomiting Thursday evening. He also developed lethargy and ataxia this morning and continued vomiting today. The owner states that the pet died on 8/3 while at the clinic. A necropsy was conducted on 8/4. The owner states that the results stated that the pet had feline parvo. Called clinic to obtain copy of the necropsy report. DVM did gross at clinic. Owner refused histopath. GI tract was mildly dilated with yellow mucosal fluid Color change in stomach 3" area in jejunum that potentially had ulcerated Thymus atrophied possibly (hard to tell given the age of the animal) Mesinteric Lymph nodes enlarged. Toxicity unlikely according to her evaluation. Hypoglycemic upon admission (couldn't even be read by machine)
