1-30955553 - The reporter, a pet owner, indicated that his dog was exposed to an insecticidal product containing the active ingredients 2,4-D, Dicamba and Mecoprop-p. The pet owner reported that four days prior to initial contact with the registrant he sprayed his yard with this product and the following day, after the product had dried, his 2-year-old, 55 pound, Golden Retriever was allowed in the yard and ingested some grass. One day later the dog was lethargic, vomiting and not eating. Caller was advised that exposure to the dried product and ingestion of grass would not be expected to result in systemic toxicity but could cause gastrointestinal irritation. Caller was further advised to seek medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen. The caller could not be reached for follow-up. No further information is available.
