1-30782335- The reporter indicated he had been exposed to and insecticidal product containing the active ingredient permethrin. The reporter indicated he had been applying the product to his yard five days prior to his initial contact with the registrant. He had accidentally sprayed the product on his arms and legs, but then promptly rinsed the exposed skin with water. He reported the following day he developed red irritated skin, and blisters on his arms and legs. The reporter was advised transitory mild irritation may be experienced following topical exposure. He was advised his experience was neither typical nor expected. He was advised to seek medical assistance. The reporter did not respond to follow up attempts. No further information is available.
