Customer (cs) said when he applied the product 2 days ago, his dog ran off and then started scratching. He was acting like it was bothering him so cs placed cool compresses on him and bathed him in an oatmeal shampoo. Cs said he never had this problem. Advised him to bathe again in warm water and mild dish soap, no bleach and monitor. If symptoms persist or worsen, contact Vet.
