Neighbour reported drift from aerial spray, said smelled product, developed nausea, went to the hospital and was promptly released.

The TWINLINE was sprayed on June 19th and the report date is July 9th. Possibility that the very hot days in the 3 weeks was causation/fish not feeding. Also many stagnant water sources have grown high levels of algae which is causing grave concerns to fish populations - due to the heat wave.
