The reporter indicated she had applied the product to her lawn one month ago. She indicated her adult female rabbit (Subform III, #1) had ingested the product from the application area one day prior to her initial contact with the registrant. The animal had developed seizures and was euthanized by the veterinarian. The pet owner also had five additional seven week kits (Subform III, #2) which had ingested the product. The animals had developed malaise, were unable to rise and had tremors. The animals had died just prior to her initial contact. No further information is available.
