2. a) Is an extension needed to translate the document?

No

3. Type of incident identified in the study

Presence of a component or derivitive

4. Describe the incident identified in the study (e.g. study demonstrates an increased risk to non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma after exposure to pesticide X)

Six out of 21 observed beekeepers from which the samples of corpses, pollen, nectar and honey in comb were taken possessed movable hives. All their bees foraged on flowering oilseed rape except in two cases where fruit plants flowered in direct vicinity of hives (Bakovci) or vineyards with a possibility of thick undergrowth were close nearby (Orehovski vrh near Gornja Radgona). In all cases maize fields were in direct vicinity. For this reason the controls were focussed on sampling of corpses, pollen and oilseed rape along the maize fields in direct vicinity of the afflicted hives, in the distance of up to 500km, 750m and 1km away from the hive. Due to extremely dry weather at that time the bees were very much dependent on irrigation.
