I purchased your Ultra Guard collar last Monday and placed it on my cats neck. 4 days later I noticed she was scratching at her neck and so I checked to see what it was and the collar had removed pretty much all the fur from around her neck. Plus even when my cat had your collar on I could notice a very strong smell coming from her. Ended up taking her to the vet to make sure her neck wasn't infected and it wasn't.
