The pet owner indicated he applied the product to four cat thirteen days prior to his initial contact with the registrant. the pet owner indicted three of the animals (Subform III, #1) developed dermal irritation and hair loss at the application site at some unspecified time frame following application. The reporter indicates his thirty pound male five year domestic shorthair cat (Subform III, #2) has developed itch and dermal irritation. The pet owner has reported he had bathed the animals to remove the product but the signs had persisted. The pets were indicated to be improving since the bath. The pet owner was advised the signs seen are not consistent with expectations following exposure to either the active ingredient or the finished product. It was suggested he seek veterinary advice.
