Reported from Syngenta regarding PROSAR report- written by (name): "1-26772604- The reporter, an employee of the distributor, indicated a package failure involving an herbicide containing the active ingredient difenzoquat. The reporter indicated he had been advised of a drum being held in a warehouse had leaked an estimated one liter of the product onto itself. Then leak had taken place the same day of his report. The drum had apparently leaked from air vents that were reported to have been inadequately tightened and the leaked product had dried onto the drum which had leaked. The reporter indicated no environmental injury or exposure had been taken place. The leaking package were being exchanged. No further information is available."

Per registrants review of the PROSAR Case Report 1-26772604, the spill was located at the (name) Warehouse in (city), Manitoba. Syngenta is our distributer of this product for Canada and they learned of the spill through an email from their client Univar. A Conference call was held on 8/17/2011 with (name) manufacturing and our Toll Manufacturer to correct the problem and prevent further packaging issues.
