specify Fish were in multiple tanks, to have been covered and aerators off when product applied

Customer insisted to PCO on covering tanks and turning off aerators himself on his 40+ saltwater fish in various tanks. Customer came home after 3.5 hrs and all fish were dead. No fish were available for testing.
