4/14/2011 Caller is a pest control officer. The product was used as a fine mist at 0.03% concentration, and applied inside an apartment around base boards yesterday. Two chinchillas were in a cage during application, and the product used at least 5 feet from the cage. The pet owner reports that one chinchilla has died. 5/9/2011 Callback attempted to the original caller. A message was left requesting follow up information. 6/7/2011 Callback to the original caller for follow up information. The second chinchilla remained asymptomatic. The pet owner was not interested in follow up, and did not believe the death of the other chinchilla was product related.
