6/13/2011 4:21:29 PM The caller is a pest control operator who has a client that is claiming their cat may have passed away due to exposure to the product. The cat was let outdoors on 6/6/11 and did not return home that night. The next morning, the cat was found dead outside. The caller states that there were 1-2 blocks placed in a tamper proof container outside the client¿s home and has no specific information on the cat.
