4/21/2011 12:27:05 PM The caller¿s dog recently died and is concerned that it is because he ingested this product. After the dog¿s death, he found blue colored stool in the yard which made him suspicious that his dog had ingested it. Over the past few days, the dog has access to several packs that had been placed in a green house on his property. The dog developed vomiting 4/16/11. On 4/17/11 she began vomiting blood and stopped eating. She was evaluated by a veterinarian on 4/18/11who gave one injection of Vitamin K1 (unknown route) but the dog passed away on that same day.
