1-26599603- The reporter indicated she was exposed to an herbicide containing the active ingredient 2,4-4 ( dimethylamine salt), mecoprop-p (propionic acid), and dicamba (dimethylamine salt). The reporter, an adult female, described applying the product to her residential lawn the day prior to her initial contact with the registrant. She indicated she could smell a fragrance but did not spray her face or inhale an aerosolized mist of the product. She described within ten minutes of application she noted a tingling sensation in her nose and nasal congestion. The caller was advised the aromas associated with some pesticides or herbicides may yield nonspecific symptoms of respiratory irritation in sensitive individuals. She was advised to seek medical attention if the symptoms worsen or persist. No further information is available.
