1-25293359- The reporter, a warehouse manager, notified the registrant of a package failure involving herbicide containing the active ingredient pinoxaden and florasulam. The reporter indicated 44 drums of product were delivered to his facility within the three hours prior to his initial contact. He indicated no leaks were observed upon delivery. The reporter stated he had just returned to the warehouse prior to his initial contact and noted the drums were dripping on the floor. He stated product was coming out of the top at the pump site. He stated all drums were leaking and indicated the total volume was estimated at five gallons. No injury (environmental or otherwise) or exposure was indicated. The registrant¿s emergency response team was notified to offer appropriate assistance to the reporter. No further information is available.
