1-25360752- The reporter, a warehouse employee, notified the registrant of a package failure involving an herbicide containing the active ingredients pinoxaden and florasulam. The reporter indicated 11 drums containing the product were wet on top upon delivery to his facility. He estimated less than two liters of product had leaked. He described effective clean up of the trailer that had delivered the product and was advised of adjustments to be made to the package to mitigate further leak. No exposure or environmental injury was described. No further information is available.
