1-25317181- The reporter, a customer of the registrant, notified the registrant of a package failure involving herbicide containing the active ingredient pinoxaden and florasulam. The reporter indicated 44 drums of product were delivered to his facility within a week of his initial contact with the registrant. Leaks were observed on an unspecified number of drums. The volume spilled was not indicated. It was not specified where on the package the leak had originated from. No injury (environmental or otherwise) or exposure was indicated. The reporter was advised how to make the necessary adjustments to the package to avert further leak, PPE to use and appropriate clean up procedures. No further information is available.
