Caller said that he applied the product to his cat as a second treatment two nights ago - on 11/02 - 30 days after the first one. After a while the cat became agitated and was screaming. The following morning he started vomiting, but after that seemed fine. That night the cat fell asleep and started having seizures and vomiting more. His eyes were rolling back into his head and his breathing was extremely heavy. He made it through the night and next morning was taken to the veterinary doctor.

The veterinarian states that after the application of this product the cat exhibited signs of insecticide toxicity. But after an extensive review by veterinary staff of Hartz company they came to the conclusion that this product is not the cause of cat's condition because the active ingredient of this product interferes with flea development and is not an adulticide.
